Leaf Grade : High-quality tea often consists of whole leaves or large leaf fragments, as opposed to broken leaves or dust commonly found in lower-grade teas.
Origin :The region where tea is grown influences its flavor profile. Teas from renowned regions, like Darjeeling or Uji, are often considered superior due to unique soil and climate conditions.
Processing : Fine teas undergo careful processing, whether it's oxidation for black tea, steaming for green tea, or fermentation for oolong. The method contributes to flavor complexity.
Freshness : Like any agricultural product, tea is best when consumed close to its harvest date. Stale tea loses its aromatic and flavor qualities.
Flavor and Aroma : Premium tea offers a well-balanced flavor, with nuances that can include floral, fruity, or earthy notes. Aromatic qualities contribute to the overall enjoyment of the tea-drinking experience.
